Coordinating efforts shouldn’t be that hard

… for city officials, should it? Like maybe NOT scheduling a major service disruption on the TTC for the same day as the marathon? What with surface traffic already restricted and subject to major delays, and more people needing the subway as a result, was this really the best time to throw another monkey wrench into the works by closing the Bay station? Thus forcing the east-west trains to divert south to Museum?

Without any warning, apart from unintelligible squawks over the static-ridden PA system, about whether a particular train’s going out of service until it’s too late?

Do the right hand and the left hand even talk to each other? Your tax cuts at work, folks.
